The Gold Map Test is a digital product — a personalised report produced specifically for you. We want you to feel confident before purchasing. This policy sets out clearly when refunds are available.
If you have paid but not yet submitted your test responses, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@babrun.com with your name and order details.
Once you have submitted your test responses and your report has been generated and delivered, a refund is not available. The report is a personalised digital product produced specifically from your data and cannot be returned.
If you have not received your report within 10 days of completing the test, please contact us — we will either deliver it immediately or issue a full refund.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to produce your report due to technical or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
