Who we are

The Babrun Gold Map Test and related services are operated by BABRUN OU, registered in Estonia.

What data we collect and why

Test submission data. When you purchase and complete the Gold Map Test we collect your name, email address, professional background, and your responses to the test itself. We use this to produce your personalised Gold Map report and deliver it to you by email.

Payment data. Payments are processed by third party services like Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.

Test response data. Your answers to the test questions are the core input for producing your Gold Map. This data is processed using the proprietary PDI methodology. It is never shared with third parties and is stored securely, accessible only to the Babrun team responsible for your report.

Email communications. If you contact us, we store your email address to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics. We use WP Statistics, a cookieless analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. WP Statistics does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No consent is required for this tool. We do not use Google Analytics.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

• Contract performance — to deliver the Gold Map report you have paid for
• Legitimate interest — to communicate with customers and improve our methodology
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws including tax and financial regulations

How long we keep your data

• Test response data and reports: 2 years from purchase date
• Payment records: 7 years (required by Estonian and EU tax law)
• Email communications: 2 years from last contact

Your rights under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, object to processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local data protection authority.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties involved in our business process, including but not limited to:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Zcal — for scheduling calls
• Google Forms — for test submission

Each of these processors handles data in accordance with GDPR.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Test results and personal data are stored securely and accessible only to the Babrun team.
