Test submission data
When you purchase and complete the Test we collect your name, email address, professional background, and your responses to the test itself. We use this to produce your personalised results report and deliver it to you by email.

Payment data
Payments are processed by third party services like Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.

Test response data
Your answers to the test questions are the core input for producing your Map. This data is processed using the proprietary PDA methodology. It is never shared with third parties and is stored securely, accessible only to the Babrun team responsible for your report.

Email communications
If you contact us, we store your email address to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics
We use Google and other’s analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the Passion Map report you have paid for
• Legitimate interest — to communicate with customers and improve our methodology
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws including tax and financial regulations

How long we keep your data

• Test response data and reports: 2 years from purchase date
• Payment records: 7 years (required by Estonian and EU tax law)
• Email communications: 2 years from last contact
